Appointment
In the first year, outgoing members are appointed by the founding president.
Vacancies
If a seat becomes vacant, the board fills it provisionally; the permanent replacement takes place at the next general assembly.
Meetings
The executive board meets twice a year when convened by the president or at the request of a quarter of its members. Decisions are taken by majority; in the event of a tie, the president has the casting vote.
